Oak – Oak in general, have a distinct color which ranges from white to reddish, pink tones. Some oak wood also have occasional streaks of yellow, green and black. This is due to the presence of mineral deposits in the wood. Two of the most common species of oak used for kitchen cabinetry are Red Oak and White Oak.
